BestGenericMeds is an online store that sells and delivers premium medication worldwide. At a first stage, the project required an update of its previous platform, with the aim of increasing the security level of the site and the trust during online transactions, all this with the aim to enhance customers purchase experience. The client also required the ability to manage their whole product catalog, including a detailed description of each medicine.
Additional to this, BestGenericMeds had a clear need of assistance regarding their mobile development.
Goals
- One of the first objectives was to allow user to sign up for free to process orders and make online payments.
- Another major goal was to obtain an order record with the possibility of managing addresses contained in it.
- It was important to grant the administrator the ability to dispatch orders worldwide and to get instant notifications about orders, products and clients.
- The client also wanted to allow the administrator to generate backups of the website as well as adding, deleting and managing items in the catalog.
